LIGNA 2025 was more than just a trade fair—it marked a defining moment in the history of System TM. Not just as an exhibition, but as a celebration of transformation, innovation, and collaboration. With a sleek new visual identity and a strategic move to Hall 14 alongside HOMAG, this year’s trade fair was a milestone in our journey to shape the future of timber processing.

A Fresh Identity, Same Trusted Quality

Visitors to Hall 14 were greeted by a revitalized System TM – new logo, new colors, and a new machine color concept making its global debut. But while our look may have changed, our commitment to trusted quality and intelligent optimization remains stronger than ever. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from visitors confirmed that our new identity resonates with both long-time partners and new prospects alike.

Innovation in Action

The showstopper at the heart of our exhibit was a fully automated timber processing line featuring:

• Opti-Feed 6000 Vack (automatic infeed)
• Two Opti-Kap 5103 cross-cut saws
• Opti-Stack 3000 (automatic stacking)

This high-capacity solution demonstrated how a single operator can oversee a high-capacity, fully optimized production flow. Integrated with MiCROTEC’s cutting-edge scanning technology – including the Goldeneye, Viscan, and M3 Scan – the system highlighted the power of AI-driven wood grading and defect detection.

In addition, a second compact cross-cutting solution featuring a Goldeneye scanner with an X-ray module and laser technology highlighted the full potential of AI-powered scanning when paired with the Opti-Kap 5100’s high cross-cutting capacity. This setup demonstrated exceptional wood utilization at high speeds, leaving trade fair visitors awestruck.

Building Living Spaces—Together

For the first time, System TM exhibited in Hall 14 alongside HOMAG, Weinmann, and Kallesoe. Under the shared theme of “Building Living Spaces,” we presented a unified vision of how our collective expertise promotes sustainable timber construction and furniture production from raw timber to the finished product.

The synergy within the HOMAG family was palpable at LIGNA—a supportive environment that empowered us to deliver our best and explore new collaborative opportunities.
