Project organizational structure
Our project organizational structure is presented as the following series of actions:
- Initial stage of sales process: a project manager and an engineer will work closely together to determine the most optimal customer solution.
- Launch of project: a project group will be formed to handle all elements related to your project, such as the signing of your order confirmation, the manufacturing, testing and delivery of your System TM machinery.
- After delivery: our after-sales service team will take over to ensure your machinery performs with maximum utilization of capacity, as well as maximum value in terms of quality and reliability.
